- Letter from Steve Agee, N5ZUA, to the Board of Directors, dated 28 March 2005 but received earlier, threatening legal action if the special meeting agenda was not modified by 1 April 2005
- Letter from Jay Maynard, K5ZC, to the Board of Directors, 25 March 2005, responding to the points raised in Agee's letter
