• Before the filing of the lawsuit:
  • Letter from Steve Agee, N5ZUA, to the Board of Directors, dated 28 March 2005 but received earlier, threatening legal action if the special meeting agenda was not modified by 1 April 2005
  • Letter from Jay Maynard, K5ZC, to the Board of Directors, 25 March 2005, responding to the points raised in Agee's letter
  • Letter from Don Stevenson, N5XWD; Chris Hudgins, N5IUF; and Melissa Rasmussen, KM5R, to Paul Baumgardner, W5PSB, 28 March 2005, calling on him to honor the bylaws amendment as, supposedly, passed by the membership
